Any form of movement—walking, stretching, breathing, or subtle shifts in posture—can be considered dance when approached with awareness. In therapy, DMT helps people explore patterns of thought, feelings, and behaviour, develop self-esteem and body awareness, strengthen communication and relationships, and create new possibilities for authentic change through embodied awareness.
