***Fees must be paid on day of appointment. This applies to every session & therapist EXCEPT the FREE INITIAL consultation. Additional administrative fees will apply for any reports and assessments requested by the client and agreed upon by both client and Ottawa Art Therapy Inc. Refunds not applicable. Fees are payable by way of cash, cheque, e-transfer (preferred), or credit card. If invoiced for sessions, payment must be made within two days of invoice sent. Late payments are subject to $20/ week fee after session date and a $5 fee/day after notice has been given. Dishonored cheques are subject to a $50 fee. If fees are to be paid by a third party, this must be pre-approved in writing prior to session start. Please make all cheques payable to Ottawa Art Therapy Inc. Etransfers are sent to jvlaming@ottawaarttherapy.ca. Credit card payments are processed through Janeapp. Cash payments must be left in deposit box at our East End location at #401 Athlone Ave, Ottawa, ON.
